    acually it was taken unpumped hands not bent in an elbow was almost straight out bro look, my avitar pic is bent.

    If I were to flex like bicips and forearms with elbow bent there (forearms) are 15 1/2", 16" my arms (bis) were right at 20"
    well 19 1/2" measure at home without pump except a bit of flexing, never at gym while curling.

    I can curl reps with225lb straightbar very strict.
    My bi's always been my strong point.
