Start by trimmin those bf% down man, and ull see that ppl will you ask you if you gained weight! Often when you look leaner, you look bigger.
I used to be around 165-170 lbs at around 5-6% bf, ppl were like omg your getting huge, now im 180 around 8 and ppl are telling me that I used to be huge aha (At 165 lbs)
Start by giving you short term goals, like getting from 20 to 18, then once u reach 18, aim 16! my guess is around 12% youll really like it :P

I'd say upwards of 20% based on my opinion that our bodies look somewhat similar, especially in regards to BF%, and people are guesstimating me around 20%. Check out my pics in this forum.
