    Conditioning looks great, especially for 20 weeks out. I would focus on holding that condition for the next 12 weeks while trying to bring your legs up to par.

    * Lightweight - 155 lbs and under
    * Middleweight - 175 lbs and under
    * Light Heavyweight - 195 lbs and under
    * Heavyweight - over 195 lbs


    right now im 182lbs so when i lean out im hoping to stay in the middleweight class but im sure i'll be in the light heavy weight

    You are 182 now and dont think you will be under 175 for the show in 20 weeks? Trust me, you still have well over 7lbs you can cut, not to mention water weight as well.

    I was not trying to be a downer by any means just being honest. You have a really nice 20 week out look. It is actually a good 8 week out look but you are a good 12-15 lbs out of contest condition. If you go lightheavy you are going to be way too soft.

    dont worry bout your weight focus on the conditioning... right now you cant add much lean mass but you can get yourself in the best condition on that stage in 20 weeks.. go for it and good luck
