suggestions on what to work on please

i attached a beginning picture which was 2 years ago...I weighed in at 465 pounds, after working out these last two years I am down to 230 pounds which is the second picture. I know its not impressive or muscular like other people, I would just like advice or suggestions on what AAS I should take etc. Any info would be great

Incredible weight loss, you are on the right track for sure. 235lbs of weight loss in 2 years...all I can say is wow congrats. There is lots of info on here, don`t rush into anything you have already accomplished so much.

I appreciate the comments! Its been 6 days a week for about 2 years...I know I need to keep doing cardio to cut the fat etc, but just from looking at the second picture, besides my stomach of course, what would be some good work outs to do? And I have already done 1 cycle, but after getting bashed on the questions forum, I wont be bringing that up again lol

Great work bud, I mean really great!
I would be curious as to your method / workouts / diet to reach that amazing feet.
Let us know that and we can tell you where to go.
You have a wide frame, could be a monster lurking under there.

Op- you have done and outstanding job already. Get the diet perfect and as far as the original question.... Nice traps, a little more training on the upper and lower chest as well as the inside and outer of the lower chest. Other that that just keep up the good work and don't let the shoulders fall behind.

All else aside fvucking great job man and we all know that if you made it this far u are ready to make the effort so just keep truckin and one day you'll be as big as a truck lol.

    Good luck bro,

    "dirt d"

holy shizt mother puck man thats fn awesome. You do have a great build btw much better than an aerage joe. Keep away from AAS and keep working toward slowly building up to what you want. It is easy to see that if you want something bad enough nothing is impossible for you. Set your goal and do it.

Not impressive and muscular like other people?????? Is that a joke?

Dude, you dropped 235 pounds. In my book id say you have accomplished more than 90% of the people on here. In my opinion what u now need to do is put on some quality weight(muscle) and then cut. Then repeat.

Keep hitting the gym and dieting and you will get there one day. Definately an amazing start.

Thanks for all the comments guys! I was in the hospital bed due to a car accident...I was so fat the seat belt tore some of my intestines and I went into septic shock after it got infected. My diet is pretty simple, Just cut my portions way down, switched to eating about 5-7 times a day small portions, lots of tuna, chicken, etc. The hardest part was giving up some sweet tea! Since that last picture was taken, ive lost an additional 25 pounds. my goal is to get down to about 175 by summer time, and hopefully get a little ripped. Thanks all for the positive feedback
