Welcome to the board! Looking good man - 46lbs in 3 months is ALOT of weight, pretty amazing actually.

There's no way to lose the fat around your stomach any quicker than anywhere else - you're body will get rid of fat in whatever way your genetics dictate - probably more overall rather than 1 area in particular. All you need to do is eat frequent small meals (about 3 hours apart) all day, do cardio for at leat 30 minutes, and I would suggest you get on a weight training program if you haven't already done so.

Do some research, find out what your BMR and TDEE is so you know what you're working with. Come up with a diet plan and post it in the diet section so some of the pro's can help you tweak it.

With all due respect - you can probably drop another 10 by shaving the beard!

    Congratulations on progress !

The others have mentioned posting diet .

You could also post exercise routine .

I would wait before trying any AAS .

It looks like your body is tappering in from your extentions down.

From what you have written if your arms and legs started tappering first, the good ol´ gut is last.

Keep lifting and eat correctly it will come in time.

They mean that you have a long way to go naturally before you should even think about using AAS. You need to come close to reaching your natural capacity before considering AAS.

very good work, shave the front and back though you will be much happier with the more visible progress, keep training for another 6 months to a year before deiciding whether to add any AAS imo

As for my diet here it is.

Meal 1: Oats with skimmed milk
    Meal 2: protain shake
Meal 3: tuna or chicken in wholemeal bread
Meal 4: grilled chicken + salad
Meal 5: tuna + orange juice mixed together in mixer
    Meal 6: protain shake

Please let me know if i can improve upon this, as i am looking to build some serious lean muscle.
