    Cool critique please...

    Hey guys,

    I'm 20 years old i've been hitting the gym on and off all throughout highschool. I've been pretty consistent since i've been in college. I've been going for roughly 16 months. Weigh in at about 175, 5`8. If I were to guess i'd say 14-15% body fat correct me if you disagree.. Obviously need to loose some belly fat. Any other input would be great. Thanks.

    Lookin good bro! You look like you have a nice solid base to work with. Get that bodyfat stripped and you'll be nasty!

    I think you're pretty close at 15% - maybe 16%.

    great progress thus far, I would do a clean bulk for 4 month and then cut up for the summer. chest and bis look good, hit that mid section hard and lets see some wheels.

    Yea, you have a good base. Eat clean and train and you will accomplish your goals. Keep up the hard work! you look great!

    At 15% + bodyfat, i'd skip the bulk for now, cut to where you want to be (what is your goal for BF btw?), and then clean bulk. I had to make the same decision a month ago and although I hate the idea of getting smaller, I know i'll be able to bulk and see all muscle, and even though i'll add some fat it WON'T be on top of fat I already have - easier to cut that little bit later IMO.

    I would peg you closer to 20% on the bodyfat, but at this light of a weight there really isnt that much of a difference in the lbs of fat. If you were 14-15% bf losing 4-5 lbs would put you at 12% and you would be showing signs of a 6 pack. You are more than 4-5lbs away from that. Just letting you know the basis of my guess.

    Thanks for the input guys, Greatly appricated. I will tell you this much, I will be developing a diet over the next few days and and I will start working on loosing some weight mainly in mid-section. My goal would probably be 12-13% body fat for summer for starters if i'm up near the 20's.

    Not to hijack, but I hope you're right!!! I am ending week 5 and this is by FAR the most hardcore i've EVER dieted, and the workout has been intensified too. I sure hope I have some very noticable results at the end of 12 weeks, particularly with BF% and my disgusting mid-section.
