    Estimate my BF% plz..

Hey i was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on my bf%??

I used a friends skin fold calipers a few weeks ago and they say about 12% but just thought i would get some other opinions, do you think this is close?

    Im 26, 177cm, 74Kg.

I have never used AAS "YET" but is my bf% low enough in your opinion to start a cycle or should i strip some more??

Why? Obviously you are not fat but obviously you dont spend much time in the gym either. You have abs because you are thin and maybe do some situps. Now try the rest of your upper body.

You should not be worried about your body fat at this point. You need to gain about 40 lbs of muscle.

Yes. 12% sounds about right. You need to work on your back.

Diet is so important, even more so if you have a high metabolism. You need to eat, and then eat, and then eat some more. Check out the diet section. Whats your split?

I have just started a new program and alternate between 2 workouts 3 times a week.

    Workout A...

    Squat 3x6-8
    Bench Press 3x6-8
    Deadlift 3x6-8
Chinups/Pullups 3x6-8 (Alternate between wide and close grip underhand)

    Workout B...

    Squat 3x6-8
    Military Press 3x6-8
    Bent Over Rows 3x6-8
    Weighted Dips 3x6-8

I add weight when i can do 3x8 without too much trouble.

Solid advise. AAS is for when you have reached your natural limits to go beyond them.
