Found this:
monday i do legs. 6sets squats,hacks,leg press,and leg curls. and a calf routine top wrote out for me. Tuesday chest 4set barbell incline 4set dumbell incline 3set barbell flat 3set cable crossovers. wednesday back 4set widegrip pull down 4set close grip pull downs 4 set bent over rows 4 sets dumbell rows and 4 sets cable rows. thursday shoulders 4sets military press 4 set dumbell press 4 set side lateral 3 set front lateral. 6set barbell shrugs front and back.
And also found a ton of info on your diet in the same thread. You are on a really strict diet. I been trying to cut back but it's very hard. So much good food to eat in NYC! Oh well, I guess I have to stay focused. Thanks for sharing the pics and info bro.

dude, im training my nuts for this kind of physique. Im 20 y/o and seeing this shows me I can get huge w/out roids then use to go farther beyond. People at the gym are currently tryin to get me to use but i think im to young. How are old where you before you started and how many years had you been training?
