Innacurate BF estimates based on appearance
I'm finding more and more that it gets very difficult to estimate somebody's bodyfat based on a pic once they are 15% + . In my case, i'm willing to bet most people would put me at about 15%-16% (i'm 200lbs right now, I was 177lbs in my avy so don't go by that) - but I think i'm more like 20% due to visceral bodyfat.
Visceral bodyfat is obviously something much harder to see/judge, but I know I have some because of that 'bulge' in my stomach - like even if I were ripped and showing a 6 pack, I still have that hard 'pot belly' look. I hate it!
I assume the only way to deal with it is diet and cardio, just like surface bodyfat? Is it typically last to go?

Hey Bro,
Not real sure how it works on your is it last to go question but I can tell you this... the drop from 22% to 17% (on the omron) only netted me 1lb of visceral loss! I was severly pissed over it for a while. It will go it just takes time.
