25 yo before and now
I'm about to run my first cycle here in about a month or so. Here is a pic before the army and now. I forgot how skinny I was until I mother sent me a pic from several years ago, total shock.
pretty wild when you think you're still small, then you see a pic of yourself from a year or so ago and it's somewhat drastic hard work pays off

well, my knees are ****ed. in the army I'd regularly be on "profiles" for running. I'd get a bad pain in my knees from running miles and miles, and now I get the same pain from squatting. Hack squat, front back, you name it. Feel like my knee caps are going to blow off. As a teen I was diagnosed with spondilolisthesis(sp?). I'm 6'2 210lbs dont know my bf%
I was only in the army for about a year and a half.

You look like you can still do alot more naturally, but i'd like to see some front and leg shots as well.

Hey thanks guys. No, I didn't take any supps in the army, hell, I didnt even work out. It wasn't until about a year ago that I started working out. All I've focused on is sticking to a decent diet (pack in as much clean food as I can) and stick to a good work out plan. I think consistency really is the key

Obviously I am not near as experienced as most of the folks on here and their opinions are typically spot on.
My first cycle my BF was much higher then anyone would say is good for a cycle but I did it anyway and seemed to pay off dramatically.
Being as lean as you appear from the back side view I would say you will gain from it and I am sure it will make you feel much better and gain more then typical then without. Granted you could do more naturally but there is no doubt you will see results faster with it. Maybe thats the wrong reasons but I like to see progress quickly rather then over 3 or 4 months.
Again this is just my opinion and its not shared by everyone. Since I typically only cycle before summer starts and no other time in the year I do it to cut weight and put on a little size for the season.

Thanks bud. I'll try to get some front pics up, most likely tomorrow when I go to visit my mother. I'll be doing a simple test-e for 10 week cycle. No dbol kicker or anything. Trying to keep it simple, with Adex on hand and a clomid/nolva pct.
