    Bf Estimate Please, thx

    hey guys, these are 2 pics, a few weeks apart, the one on the left is 3 weeks ago...anyways, my goal is to get a 6pack soon! So i was wondering if you guys could tell me what my bf % is... just an estimate, i just dont trust those stupid machines at the gym!

    looking good. hard to tell from just those poses but perhaps your lats and delts could be brought out more.
