    Update due then.
I've improved diet considerably and also adopted some exercises suggested. That being said, I saw most gains leading up to week 4 (which seems odd given this is Test E) and then things were slow during some illness and picking up again around week 7. I'm at the end of week 8 now and I'm seeing big strength gains, but weight gain I'm unsure of. Consideration is now, following advice here, to extend the cycle to a total of ten or twelve weeks.

    Total gains are 18lbs.

The muscle gains dont really start until after week 4 everything else you can call 80% water gain, the other 20% nitrogen retention, some mass and fat. as an estimate i would say your up around 4-6lb of lean mass so far. Right heres where you listen DO THIS TODAY.. increase protein intake by another 100-150g per day and get some heavy compound exercises done twice a wk for the rest of the cycle. As for the Cycle TestE at least 10wks i would say goto 12wks and follow what i said above to get the most out of it.

10 years you should be bigger then that.

All that aside your upper body is much better looking then your legs. Your legs really bring your overall physique down - i'm sure you know this just saying it again because it's a shame that your legs look like that of someone that never seen the inside of a gym.

Fully aware of that. I'm pushing my legs every time at the gym but response is proportionately slow: I can increase the weight a lot but I dont see the growth response yet...

    EDIT:
Some samples from my exercise log:

Leg extension (Nautilus machine) week #1 77kg/170lbs 6 reps
Leg extension (Nautilus machine) week #8 111kg/245lbs 6 reps

Leg press (Nautilus machine) week #1 113.4kg/ 250lbs 8 reps
Leg press (Nautilus machine) week #8 173kg/380lbs 8 reps

Good progress brother, but agree with n00bs on the squats and everything else :/

Also if you are as much of a hardgainer as you say (i am too) your lifting routine is not most beneficial for your body type. Stick to the large compound lifts, 3 days a week and start to push some real weight around. The basic bodybuilding breakdown isnt going to work very well for you.

I would use exactly the program n00bs wrote out for you but maybe cut out some of the tabata workouts so you can fully recover. Just my opinions. GL
