    I know this may not be the right part of the forum to post this but thought id get a better response here...

    Height: 5'8"

    i'd guess around 15% but then again i am not too sure. You got a good shape to you though!

    Haha thanks guys for the accurate percentages... My goals for the moment is bulking... I finished my first cycle about a month ago and am now going through my pct. However I think my gear wasn't legit because I didn't really gain that much. Keeping in mind diet and training were in check. (posted diet forum). But I look better now than I ever have so I can't complain... But everything is on track anyway. Now I'm planning what I'm doing next cycle wise with Marcus's help.

    I agree with 18%. IMO you should cut or do a slow body recomp. Bulking at 18% could be a big mistake, especially if you're prone to putting on bodyfat like me. I started bulking (very clean diet) at 15% and am now sitting around 18%. I'm very unhappy right now!

    Just a thought, ever look into Ronnie Rowlands STS style of cycling??? Not saying marcus isn't wise, but I'm using Ron's STS method, and seeing GREAT results. Wouldn't change a thing about it. Check it out man.
