Progress so far..
Been dieting for about a year and a half. Year solid I'd say because last semester I didn't really care too much.
Age: 18 years old.
Starting point: 318 lbs
Today: 235 lbs
Here's a couple pics..Last edited by gregnb; 02-11-2003 at 10:41 PM.

Palme- Sure has.. I was pretty miserable most of the time before and probably took out my problems on others. Today I'm pretty chipper most of the time.

Very nice improvements...You obviously changed your lifestyle to get that kind of weight loss. Keep it up and add some creatine to your supplement mix. I like Swole

Bro, fantastic MF'n job! I see only one problem and that's that NY Giants shirt! Get rid of it and you're a magazine article waiting to happen! Good job! MUCH PROPS....except for the shirt of course.

My diet was pretty much CKD.. low carb throughout the week then a carb up. I got sick of having shitty workouts so I switched to TKD. Carbs before my workout..
My routine:
mon - legs/abs: squats, stiff legged deads, leg curls on a machine, crunches
wed - chest/shoulders/tri's: flat bench, incline, db shoulder press, skullcrushers, pushdowns
fri: back/bi's: deads, chin ups, t-bar row, shrugs, one curl of choice
As for the creatine.. I used it for a while but I can't really afford it so I stick with the basics. I'm pretty sure I get enough from my diet with the all meat I eat..

major props once again! Hard work does pay off!!
I'm just curious but how tall are you?
I've gotta friend that weighted 400lbs at his worst, and is losing weight now...
Just by cutting his sugars, he's lost 68lbs in 7 months! He's on his way.
