However.......the gains were from diet. I blew up to an unhealthy 265lbs. Once I fixed diet.......7 weeks into cycle.....I started to see favorable results.

Agreed...looking damn good bro. I know you were bitchin about losing overall circumference in your arms from the fat loss, but I bet they really pop now and look even bigger than they did before.

Yeah I was dissapointed with that, and strength loss. But I think I am healthier so it's al good.
Thanks lol. It's going to be a while since I just finished my sleeve tattoo.
Yeah I wish I would have known more about diet before I started....an I still have a LONG way to go before I get it right. Thanks
LOL thanks dude
Appreciate it. I'm trying lol
Those pictures were probally about 7-8 months apart. Now let me tell you, I've been through some shit dring that time. I wasn't able to train for two months during that time, and I was basically forced to choose between Popeyes, Pizza Hut, Burger King or Taco bell.....since that is what was around when I had to spend a month in a hotel with no kitchen and shit. Then I moved to my inlaws over a month ago and she puts a goddamn stick of butter in everything sh cooks.
For cardio....I slacked big time. I have probally done an average of 30-45 minutes per week. My wif was being a bitch and complaining about m going to exercise too much, so I was stuck with only beeing able to train every other day.
As for diet....I eleminated sodium, sugar, hfcs, and fast food (to the best of my ability). My basic day would be:
3 Jumbo Eggs, Protein shake, Whole grain toast with O.m.e.g.a.3-6-9 spread, blueberries, multivitamins
1/2lb beef cubes, 1 sweet potato, 1/2 head of broccoli
1 chicken breast (bone-in), 2 small red potatoes, asparagus
1/2 beef cubes, 1 sweet potato, 1/2 head of broccole
Dinner with family
4 tablespoons Smart Balance Peanut Butter, Two slices whole grain bread, Sugar free fruit spread, Protein shake, multivitamins
Thanks, I am busting my ass
lol Yeah I have no idea how he had a body like that in his freshman year of school
