I just read his entire dbol log and it makes me sick!! You are no where near ready to use steroids . My friend is about your size hes 6feet tall and 190 pounds. He benches 365 and squats 515. The difference between him and you though is he looks like a ****ing monster and you look like you have never touched a dumbbell in your life other then to weigh yourself on the scale.

As you can see from my avatar, this kid is being honest, I mean, there is no way I could weigh any more than 5lbs more than him.

This type of thing happens all the time. Last year, there was some 18 year old kid on here who claimed he was like 6'4" 280lbs at 8% bf....The best part was he claimed he had a lot of knee sugery, therefore he was unable to ever train legs. So he was 280lbs of upper body....Days went on, weeks went on, months went on and he never posted up pictures or videos, nor ever returned to this site.

I'm a 188 give or take a pound in my avatar pic, about the same as I am now. I'm also 5'10". Unless you're 7 feet tall, have giant feet, or a huge ass for some ungoldy reason, I don't see you being 190 lbs. Those numbers you put up, I also don't see you doing. If you can prove me wrong, then more power to you. I can't even come close to that squat, I'm in the mid 300's for reps personally. I'm not intending to hate on you, but... Looking at what you've provided to us thus far. I'm calling bs.

I train several high school athletes who are that size (6'0, 185-195lbs, including my son, and they are natural). All have benched in the 295-315lb range and all are significantly more muscular than this kid. I would love to see some vids of this guy doing what he claims.

He posted all kinds of comparisons as reference .
He pointed out how he had no rolls, bad light, I was wrong, he was right etc.
