Current Pics
Im on about 174 lbs now,I was 178 in my pics from December, getting ready to shed 5-7 lbs really slowly during the next 2-3 months.

i was wondering what you are taking and if you have had any problems with your hands going numb? maybe sometimes a sharp pains?

Work on the legs man. You would be at least another 10-15 pounds if your legs matched your upper body. The longer you neglect them the harder it will be for you to fix.

I dont neglect my legs bro, I've been working them proply for the last 8 months, before that i didn't even squat.
At the moment im not squating 330 lbs, more like 290-300 wokring on doing it real slow, and for anything over 300, i need a spot.Last edited by Assassinator; 02-18-2003 at 11:29 PM.

Your legs look great...that is until you see your upper body. I think you are going to find it hard to match your massive top. Although for being that big(174lbs.) and only squatting 300 or whatever is weak. I was a mear 135 lbs. in highschool and squatted 380. Look to the brightside not many highschool boys can bench 225 for 8. I damn sure couldn't. So what I saying is work the legs more. Try different things ex. lunges,front squats, extensions , curls, and BOX JUMPS as funny as it sounds, it works.

First off, great work Assasinator...I see major improvements. Your upper body does dominate, however.
No worries, just prioritize the legs. I know it's hard to, but you're going to have to make legs your most important body part and give each quad, hamstring, and calf muscle as much time and energy as you spend on arms, and shoulders...IMO your best bodyparts from the pics.
I'm in the same boat, legs are not the easiest muscle group to work and it's easy to slack on them, especially calves. Just remember not to and you'll be straight! Good luck!

Im deffently not genetically gifted downstairs (Thats excludes Mr Winky) My dad also has chicken legs.
Riverat : Squatting 3 x your bodyweight. Thats just amazing, the thaught of having anything over 350 on my back scares me, I dont max, but im sure i could hit 400 in the next few months if my legs get stronger.
I have never done front squats, but have thaught about them, and I INTEND to do them on friday.
I seem to have a problem figuring out what rep range works for me legs.
I get the same results from low reps 4-6 and high reps like 12. So i just pyramid down on squats.
Fliprock - I thaught my bench sucked, at bb.com every 16 year old seems to bench 280, so i feel weak
I could hit 260-265 maxing most probably.
Well guys, it will take time, but i will get my Quads and Hams bigger, might have to go for calf implants one day
Oh yeah .. I never seem to get a good calf workout, after Quads/Hams im dead, and just thinking of doing 4 sets of 20-30 rep calf raises scares me , after set 2 i start screwing around, its a mental battle to carry on.Last edited by Assassinator; 02-19-2003 at 12:47 PM.

They say they hit 280..dont mean they do it in real life.
Anyway, looking great. I am also completely natural and I like the fact that more people appreciate "the long run".

Your legs do seem small for your upper body, but just keep hitting them hard. Your upper bady is looking great, big change from the "before" photo. Your abs are solid! You got some nice thick traps too!!! You say your chest is your weakest point, but they don't look too bad actually. Just keep hitting dem weights hard! And keep us posted! Good luck.

For your age, and your stats, they are quite impressive! Your doing great so far, so just keep going. Your natural right now, so your doing everything right so far!!! Don't worry about what others bench, your not giving yourself enough credit!

Well im gonna get the legs bigger over time.
Tomorrow im gonna do something like this :
Normal Squats : 5 sets
Front squats : 3 sets
Leg extensions : 4 sets
Hamtring curls or lunges (must decide) : 3 sets
5 SETS CALF RAISES , not 4 ! 5 !!!!!! I'm gonna punch myself in the face if i stop.
