b-4 and after
before and after sust.250/d-bol.
i know a long way to go i am bustin a$$ 2nd cycle in about 2 months cant wait!
before cycle arms 13 1/4
after 14 1/2
1 inch on chest and a little over a 1/4 on neck
total of 17 pounds gained. then I got the damn flu and lost ten pounds in one week!!!!!!! but now its comin back slowly! i am waitin for another 5 pounds natural before i hit the juice again.
what do you guys think? your opinions matter most i always turn to you guys for advice thanx!

You sure you dont have those switched around? To me, you look bulkier before.
Still not a big difference either way from what I can tell.
Dont take my word though.. I am no expert.

well i dont have the pics messed up.
i know its not alot but it is a big difference to me. i have the tape measure to prove it.

You looked thicker before.... maybe you had a pump going in the before pic and not in the after?

that flue probably messed you up. But i would say you look a big more toned up on the first pic. They both look the same, except one you look like your tanned up. That's just my view, still looks good though. Keep up the good work

yeah i was a little bit tanner in the first pic and maybe more cut. but a little bloat from the d-bol. and i dont know i guess i can only see the results.?
before i did my first cycle was after 2 years of training! eating like a hourse. i had gained over 20 lbs naturally and had been stuck in a rut for about 6 months before i decided to juice. i honestly felt that i had reached my genetic potential. and now after the first cycle i am still not in another rut.

ok here is my workout and a rough diet for ya thanx
mon. chest
tues. back
wed. shoulders
thu. legs
fri. arms
sat. whatever i felt needs another day
sometimes i switch bodyparts up day to day just to keep things different.
as far as eating goes i start out with a weight gainer protien shake and eggs, maybe toast. then every couple hours i eat as much as i can be it burgers steak or chicken. i usually throw in at least 2 more shakes. my motabolism is so high i am only worried about puttin on mass. with college and work i just try to feed my face with whatever i can get my hands on through out the day. no candy or other junk like that though.

Hey man. I dont know why other dudes see no difference, but I do. Definetly. However, you said you lost 10lbs...so I expected a slight difference. Your triceps are much fuller and your biceps have more density. More overall density in your arms and shoulders.
However, you could have achieved the same thing naturally. I looked about like you did in pic 1, before I started liftin. I packed on 20 lbs. in about 3 months...I had another groth spurt around 20 though, so the timing of that helped too. You said you hit a rut and were training...so I believe you...did you start at around 130lbs? To me in pic 1 you look like 150-60, and in 2 like 165-75.
You need to tell us how many exercises you do per muscle, how many reps, and the style of the workout (pyramid,superset,dropset,etc.) Also, you only train one bodypart once a week. Thats a "natural" workout not an anabolic one. Your muscles recooperate much faster on juice. You could have hit them much harder. In my first cycle Im doing 5 exercises,3 sets, per body part...mixing up the style. Im also going to train my upper body twice a week....3 if my muscles feel like they can handle it.
Your diet has to be more structured, more consistant. Yopu say you eat a steak, or chicken..those are good protein sources but be it your looking to add mass and have a high metabolism (I can relate) you have to look and COUNT calories. Dont just eat steak, eat potatoes and vegetables some bread...and maby something else with the steak. Eating a 6 or more smaller meals a day is good....but try to eat to gain then factor in your metabolism and exercise level. If you sit behind a desk all day youll need less calories than if you teach martial arts or are a swim instructor. My guesstimate is you should shoot for 5500-6500 cal. a day. Work with it, see what you need...but most important make sure you count your calories as much as possible and keep you diet consistantly and greatly above your caloric need.

and 30mg per day of d-bol.
my workouts are usually 5-6 excersises at 5-6 reps per excersise.
i am in school now so i have to go i will go into more detail tomorrow!
