Started a new cycle a week ago
So these are pics of what i pretty much maintained in post cycle recovery
Btw heres my stats
Age 23
Weight- 191
Height 5'10 1/2
Arms- 18.5
BF 11-12%
My cycle now
Tren 200mg ED
Test P 150 mg EOD
Var 60mg ED

It's not your best feature, but I wouldn't call it shitty. Apparantly all of mine are shitty lol! My delts don't even look like they were ever worked a day in my life. Fvcking sucks =(

If thats you in your avatar, you look good bro (no homo). Arms are swole. My back is absolutely outrageous (See my avatar) Id trade my back for a big chest.
Lol whats crazy is ive never worked my shoulders out.. EVER i may have done a shoulder raise once or twice lol..
I bench heavy and do heavy deadlifts so maybe thats the reason. But yet i train my chest very hard and it fukin stays behind!

Yea dude, your back is insane, i'd take your back or chest (lol no homo here either). Problem for me is i've been cutting for 2 years (started out as a 255lb fat fvck) and have yet to be able to train and diet for gains.
OMG you don't even train shoulders and have those massive delts? I JUST accepted your friend request, now I hate you and gotta delete lol! jk

yeah, yeah, I think there may be other reasons why you don't do heavy squats. At your weight and height you have a massive upper body, and conveniently no pics of the wheels. Through some pics of those up and let us see a full body as well. You seem to have quite a bit of cycle experience as well, very young for that, IMO. You probably hurt your long term potential by using so young. What are your current lifts and what is your training program?
Not baggin' on you, your pics look great, just wanna help you improve like you want.

T-Body kinda went where I was heading. First off let me state your arms are incredibly well developed. I would trade you in a heartbeat. That being said, at 1400mgs of Tren a week plus some Test and Var you are still 190lbs. This tells me your diet needs work and you are neglecting the lower half of your body. I know you stated squats hurt your knees, you know what, squats hurt everything on my body yet I still do them hard and heavy and it will always be the exercise I look forward to doing most. I have a feeling your elbows could be broken and you would still find a way to curl and bench.
Not trying to diminish what you have accomplished by any means. Would just like to see you master your diet and balance out your physique so that you dont need to stand waist deep in the swimming pool to look good.

I actually love working my legs out, I didnt say i didnt squat... I still squat i just keep the weight between 225-300. I work legs 2x a week. And the funny thing is i never curl. Maybe once every 3 months lol. I just do alot of pullups and rows for back and that hits the bis.
Ive never had a problem building anything but my chest. Here is a leg shot.

Nice keep me updated on everything on this cycle...Im thinking of running a similar cycle minus the var...I ordered a small amount of prop from a new source since I have never used them and dont trust them...So if all goes well I will be getting more and also some tren but I have no experience with tren so it would be cool to see some pics later in your cycle...And any other advice you have on it...Also post your PCT and diet so we can check it out!

Damn 1400mg/wk of tren ?? The most ive ever ran of Tren-ace was 700mg (100mg/ed). I cant gain a single pound on tren, no matter what I eat. It leans me up like crazy.
