week 12 of test e and eq stack 500mg and 300mg respectively. 100 mg winn tabs ed for the last 6 days. strict lean diet. tons of cardio. feeling good.

Looking very good and lean even while on the test, very impressive! Bodyfat looks to be 10% possibly less, very very nice work.

Nice. This is good to hear. Just invested in Winn 50 myself. I was 6 months ago 3 stone overweight weight with fat and out of breath. Much cardio work later, I am back to normal slim tone size and fit. I have started the last two months building muscle at gym now, but feel this might just help things along.

Are there any dietary recommendations with Winn 50?
