Oh yes, I was expecting this though since I jumped the gun on this diet. Im not worried tho since I now have a really decent platform to build on. Im not a 6 pack abs kinda guy, just want a flat stomach and big everything else.

Nice job, huge difference! Unfortunately to me it's clearly visible that you've lost muscle. It didn't have to go that way - with the right diet and cardio dialed in, we could have had you maintaining or losing VERY little while shedding the bodyfat. It would have taken longer for sure, but worth it IMO.

Anyway, not trying to bring you down, still an impressive job overall.

At least you can build on this and gain back the muscle.

You and I actually had a convo on this when I started. I started my cutting at the same time as my PCT like a dumbass...... but, I wanted to prove to myself I could slim up and being I was already a week into the diet I stayed. I really appreciate your input and I saved our conversation and have been going insane with the nutrition specs (its addicting)

lol yea, I remember now. Either way, like somebody mentioned above - muscle memory will play a role and you'll get it back quick enough. Just take care to keep the bodyfat down or you'll keep going through the vicious cycle.
