When you respond do not go to quick reply, use ''Post Reply'' and it will change the screen to one with a bunch of options. Under the large box where you can type text, there is a options menu, under that there should be a section that says ''Attach File''. Click on browse, and find your file, then hit ''Submit reply'' Your Picture should be in your post. Hope this helps
