It's almost impossible to tell because you're sucking your gut in and all I can see is your ribcage. With that i'd have to range it anywhere from 15% - 18%.

LoL but it's the same pose!!! Still can't tell, possibly leaner based on the vein in your arm, although I had one at 15%. Need to see better poses - front double bi, rear double bi.
