How long have you been training?

Have you ran any cycles in the past?

Not to sound ignorant but you don't look like you train much. IMO you are no where near ready to cycle. Especially not multiple compounds. You need to head over to the diet section and let them critique your diet for you. You have a huge amount of room to grow naturally.

You should definetly save the gear IMO, it doesn't look like you've touched a weight in your life. Not trying to be a dick man but at least get some foundation.

Yeah dont be one of those guys that does not want to hit the weight room unless he is on something. Build a good foundation first.

Here is a picture of me about a year ago.

I had three left knee surgiers and i got really depressed and down and i just stopped working out and watching what i eat. So as you can see i do work out and i do love the gym just life got me down for awhile.

I dont plan on starting my cycle for a good 6 months. I Just got back in the gym about a months ago so i know i have alot of room to grow naturally.

This would be my second cycle but it has been about 2 years since my first one.

I have a strict diet that i am following and it has worked for me before so im going to do it again. Its just a high protien diet i cut all carbs out but once a week.

Well it sounds like you've got the right idea to wait. Maybe start a log to help you track progress and stay motivated.

BigBeard um you should look at the whole thread before replying, read everything that i have wrote and the other picture that i have posted.

As for everyone else thanks. I dont plan on starting my cycle tell i am back to what i use to be at. Im thinking a good hard 6 months of diet and training i will be close. I finally have the motivation to get off my A** and get back into shape.

Army cobra...i know how it is to get depressed and fall off the wagon...i was in great shape then went througha bad break-up went to shit got fat...then got self conscious about my weight, got extremely skinny....it took me a while to get back into working out consistently...these guys arent ripping on you but they are right, you should first start tearing it up in the gym for a year or two...then maybe get back into aas..i think at this point aas would be pointless and wouldnt do much for your physiche..stay positive,,take everything out on the iron...get back into animal mode...**** everyone and everything...focus focus focus...how bad do you want it bro???????????????????

Well i just posted a thread in the workout section. I think that will be a good workout for me + 2 hours of cardio a day. I think a good year of working out and good diet i should be good.
