    ya my diet is in check, got that down. As far as gains go their really has not been much to talk about, but its only week four of a cyp cycle. Could be bunk guy, could be real, probably too early to tell.

    I don't know man, I'm on test cyp and finishing up week 5 and I have gained 20 pounds and strength/size are very noticeable. I am taking 600 mg/wk. Think you should be noticing it for sure in week 4. I'm going 10 wks also.

    Well I was coming off of a work injury, had lost a lot of weight, strength. I had been training for about 4 years before that. I'm 28, 5' 10 and was 158 at the start of this cycle. Right now my weight is bumping from 179 to 182. You should be feeling it by now bro.

    imo something isnt adding up. 5pds and your on your 4th week? are you not eating enough or getting enough sleep. what about training? are you hitting it hard?

    eh well then again the more i think about it you still have a month and a half to gain so you can put another 5 to 10 pds so maybe you are on track, just dont slack any and you will be good

    Give it another couple of weeks. If you haven't gained much more by then then either your gear is underdosed/bunk or you just aren't eating enough

    As far as the diet and training go I am currently consuming 4600 cals a day @ proper macro levels. So I think I have that down. As well I beleive my training is pretty solid, giving it hard at the gym.
    Mon chest and biceps and abs
    Tues Quads and hamstrings
    Wed cardio and abs
    Thursday SHoulder and triceps
    Friday back, calves, and abs
    Saturday cardio
    Sunday rest

    I know that is not very detailed but thats a brief overview of diet and training.

    The only real problem I could see for my lack of gains (besides fake gear) would be I am not getting quite enough sleep. Usually I aim for about 8 hours a night, but often I only get 7. Being a student can be time consuming as hell which can cut into sleep some days

    Has to be fake...I usually only get 7 hours a night because of my job. Im still making good gains for being natural.

    you got pics before cycle? I just started one and if there isn't a big difference I'm going to find it hard to continue. Did you get spasms when you started? I have been the last two days and i just started so I'm curious if its normal. Thanks

    no I didnt take any before, like an idiot. But shit muscle spasms? I dunno about that man. You might want to place that question in the main question forum, I have not had any experince with that.

    ^^^Any progress on this yet Scotts?/ make any other gains?? i am assuming that the gear is either fake or WAY under dosed.. the label looks like it was printed on a normal printer

    I am really starting to beleive it may not be COMPLETLEY fake, but it has to be severely under dosed. I am noticing very minor increases in strength and minor additional pumps while at the gym. But nothing close to what most guys talk about. I will post some more pics at the end of the cycle to get some feedback.

    My diet is good to go. I understand that people would be sceptical of my diet, seeing as I cannot seem to gain weight. I am currently eating 4600 calories at proper macro levels each day. 5 meals a day, pre and post work out shakes, casein protein right before bed, all that good stuff. I really think the dam gear is just underdosed
