Im now 5 weeks into a sust/deca cycle and im looking great
Gonna wait until the 2 month before uploading the next pic

mate upload some real photos. and have a shave. you canot tell anything with those pics.

get some front relaxed ones and back and side on pics. including legs. and get someone else to take the shot.
