Bodyfat Estimate for Windex please!
Just curious on my current bodyfat. I included chest/back/arms(as best as possible) and my wheels.

Woah there goes my self esteem, So I'm looking at the 25-28% Range then ? I will try to take some full picture shots and measurements then for a more precise percentage for you Bronzer. If it's any consolation, I use to be less obese, but the death of 3 family members sunk me into a rather unpleasant depression .

I was going to say 18% pal, yeah shit happens in your life but don't let it be an excuse to eat and drink shit, proper dieting and strict training makes you mentally strong as well. My two cents.

Dont let anyones estimates get you down, at the end of the day you look exactly like you look regardless. Besides, whether you are 20, 25 or 30% bodyfat your diet and cardio schedule isnt going to be any different. As I touched on earlier, once you get a lot leaner the is a much more visable difference in appearance as well as planning. Stick with it, you are in a spot where progress should come fairly quickly.

x2^^^ You are definitely NOT at the point of no return. Keep doing what you're doing and stay positive. The only person you can compare yourself to is your past self. It can be hard to do that somtimes, but it's the truth. Take progress pictures every 3-4 weeks and use each one as motivation till your next set of pictures.

Just seen these pics, post them up in your other progress thread aswel as your starting pics!! Take pictures every 2 weeks....maybe a month to keep a grip on your progress. If you've got everything in check them progress will be so much quicker and easier to notice. Never let it get you down, im on a cut right now myself and its going pretty good. Check my thread out if you want.
Best of luck il keep looking out

On the bright side - I don't think you're at 30%, having been there and beyond myself. I would put you somewhere around 22-25 only because you don't seem to have a lot of muscle mass. In any case, looking at the stretch marks it looks as if you've been on the right track in terms of slimming back down. Keep going the way you have been and lift.
