I've started a diet,i'm on 17%-19% BF now weighting more than 100kgs,around 102-105,my goal is to reach 8%-9% at 90-92 maybe more,will see..

How tall are you? 5'10?...your thick, maybe close to 20% bf.

Yes 5'10(178 cms),these are 2 weeks ago the day i've started the diet where i was like 21% with plenty of water retention,now i'm 17-18%

Congrats on the bf loss. 8% is going to be a battle, but you can do it. I don't think(or even want) to get that low. 12-15% is what makes me happy.

What did you do for cardio and diet for 14 days that enabled you to burn off over 8lbs of fat? That is a calorie deficit of over 2000 per day.
