    chest and arms have come out real nice. i didn't check any before pics but your advice has always been solid to others so if you say u come from a bad place i believe it. how do you feel about your progress this far?? to me thats has always been the most important is self opinion.

    Thanks brotha. I know I need alot of work. About 6 mos ago I looked just like that; even a bit leaner. I then proceeded to spend the last 6 months completely fvcking around, etc. and added a good 4% bodyfat and no appreciable LBM. SO, I came from a bad place that I should never have gone to in the first place. If I had stuck with it, i'd look 6 months better!

    Thanks bro, you're spot on. I am a natural ecto who allowed myself to get really fat at one point (255lbs) and appeared to be an endo. Actually, I was just a fat hardgainer lol!
