Let me start off by saying I am on the young end. I have not been dedicated or gotten my diet anywhere near where I could consider using AAS. That coupled with my age puts me a few years away from even thinking of touching AAS. I am here to learn, and get in shape. I am going natty for now and will not be touching AAS for a few years.

I had thought about using AAS but after reading here for just a few days, I realized I am far from ready. Please understand, I will not be cycling anytime soon.

Height: 6'3''
Weight: 230 lbs
BF%: Unknown.. 25%+?
Experience: 4+ years of lifting (last 2 years were off, working overseas + gyno surgery), I run 2-4 miles 4-5x a week but my diet sucks!
Goals: I'd like to get between 12-15% BF, lean down and get back into shape. I'd like to shed off some of this fat and add on lean muscle until I am ready to bulk. I'd also like to tighten up loose skin.

I was at 300+ lbs a few years ago. I dropped down to 168 at my lowest (while I was sick) and I'm up to about 230 because I have been eating (to much), and got healthier. , I need to get my stuff together.. I'm tired of having a garbage body and being unhealthy.

I'm 100% ready to go on this. I'm ready to go back to the gym religiously, and I'm ready to be dedicated to a strict diet. I have posted my current plan for the diet (based off of Rambo's sticky) here.

I'm tired of being lazy. I've been running 2-4 miles daily just trying to make some change. I used to lift all the time and its about time I get going again. Even though I'm not going to be cycling for now, please accept me here guys. I promise to learn all I can without asking BS questions.

I'm ashamed to post the pics, but here goes.. As you can see.. I had a very serious problem with gyno which is still very obvious. I'll work on the wheels soon, but they are as bad as the top. Camera battery died before I could snap some shots or have my girl snap them.
