    THANKS!!!

I just try to go slow and use perfect form. But I am flexing my abs in those pictures. I want to lose more fat so I look like that without flexing them.

By the way, I have been using your awesome icecream/milkshake recipe from the recipe section!! Love it!

I just do abs on cardio days, so EOD.

1st workout is 3 sets of 35 "v-ups", then 3 sets of 35 oblique crunches

2nd workout is 3 sets of crunches, then 3 sets of 25 leg raises

Yea I just try to go heavy on every lift. Heavy as I can with perfect form.
I am considering a personal trainer though

    Bridging from now on.
I have had 3 failed attempts at PCT.
Kept diet the same but added more clean cals
    Took all pct items
    Ran hcg throughout

Lost all weight and all strength.

All UGL pct except for hcg.
Yes I know it could have been bunk...but HG is faked as well

This is just my opinion on gains and losses.

The vast amount of people who you hear saying they gained 18lbs and kept 10 are far from their genetic potential hence its a lot easier to keep their gains since they could have achieved the same amount of growth naturally it would have just taken a little longer. On the other hand someone like you who is pretty damn chiseled already will have a MUCH harder time keeping gains since they are pushing themselves way past what most will ever achieve.

So keeping in mind that pro's stay on anyway, have a stocked refridgerator, no real job, the ability to sleep as much as they like etc, etc,...its going to be pretty easy to see why you have trouble keeping gains.

    Just my 2 cents,

    FFM

That's very true. But my weight is usually around 228. Pros are around 270. I can barely maintain 230. I am thinking about growth hormone
