    bodyfat %?

    Just trying to get a better idea of my body fat %. I've never had it measured and I'm just curious.

    And my stats are
    Male
    29
    6'0
    195-200

    I've never taken any aas but Im looking into to it this winter. I just know i need to lose some more body fat before starting.

    Hard to make an estimate with those pics, try getting a bit closer and adding more light
