Rich you are in great shape. Nice vascularity and symmetry. Must have been a cutting cycle?
And I bet you wear speedos on the beach too, huh? At least you have a good physique to show off. I don't have the balls to wear those.

Bro, we are all saying you look good, I think you could use a little more muscle but I will probably say that about everyone. Nothing on you is really lagging or unsymetrical. You look good...

Pain...I am a real hard gainer...I heavy and hard and eat clean and large. I was 168 lbs last June and about 18-20% bf. I have completely transformed my body. I will put on another 10 lbs or so by August

Looks pretty good for 50?! Shit, I'd say he looks pretty damn good for even a twenty year old. Of course, I live in Houston, the fattest city in the US, so perhaps I don't get to see as many lean people as the rest of you. But, Rich, you do look damn good. Congrats on the transformation. The shorts, however, are a different story...

It's too bad, however I don't have before pic's. I was always in pretty good shape, but not like I am now. If I can find a picture of what I looked like last June, I will post it.
As far as my diet. (I know I will be hearing from the Pain Man). It looks something like this:
7:00 am 8 egg whites with chopped broccoli, onions and mushrooms...1 large bowl of oat bran/oatmeal. Sweetened with a teasppon of brown sugar and some nonfat milk to taste....coffee
9:30 am 8 oz. grilled chicken breast...1 cup of steqmed brown rice
11:00 am...simple protein no carb shake with 1/3 rice milk and 2/3 water
2:00 pm same as 9:30 am with additional 1/2 sweet potato baked
4:30 pm same as 2:00 pm without the potato...sometimes I sub out this meal with a Myolex Deluxe shake with 1/3 rice milk, 2/3 water
6:30 -7:00 pm 8 oz of lean meat (chicken, steak) no carbs
8:30 pm protein shake low carb
10:00pm protein no carb shake
My weak spot is my hunger for sweets. I have a very active sweet tooth, anything chocolate is killer to me. So I probably cheat with a sweet nibble a couple times a day. I believe that if I could eliminate sweets from my diet I could get very lean. I don't drink soft drinks and I will have an occasional beer.
I don't know which Harley yet. I am also looking at BMW bikes.

Hey rich....i'll second everyone's opinion that you look great for your age...hell, for ANY age. But, I just hafta ask, are the prices of mach 3 blades going up that quickly that even YOU can't afford them?

No way you are 50... i'm not buying it. Looking great man.

Diet looks pretty good actually. My only complaint is a bit to many shakes on the day that you take that extra myoplex for my taste, but it is still ok. Your meal timeing is good. Not enough fish (I love the omega 3's) I would switch some of that chix with tuna or salmon. Also I don't see a post workout shake with whey and some simple carbs?? It also seems a little low in the fats too, I think you should get some flax and put it in that last protein shake before bed to help slow the digestion of that shake. It looks like a good maintance or lean bulking diet depending on your metabolism, I think for you it is a good lean bulker. Nice going with it, but add a post workout shake if you are trying to gain some LBS to your frame it will help, also get some damn fish. hahaa
All-in-all looks pretty good, your 50 years have given you some wisdom. I like the no carbs at night too.

Hey Rich..
Man, you look great for any age!! Ignore the Speedo comments, most of the othr guys are just a little jealous that you are 50 and able to wear those. I know I hope I look as in shape as you do when I hit the big 50.
Keep it up my man, you are an inspiration and serve as a testament that fitness does not have to stop being a major part of ones life when you age. Again, looking good!!

Dude you look great, very tight in the upper body! Get a Custom! don't get a Harley! I love my Harley, but now with all the money I want to put into my HD I would have saved TONS of cash just getting a custom! Not to mention it'll be built JUST FOR YOU! You want something that is built for your Height and likes, not something off the assembly line.
Again, great job!
