Hahaha yea tricep. Ive been working hard building the horseshoe over the last year! And regarding pic of my wife... I thought this forum frowned on anything including a head cause then it could identify a gear user somehow

I am a contractor as a computer technician. and my boss knows that ive done steroids in the past, he doesnt agree with it, but at the same time hes smart enough and willing to listen and learn when i show him reasons why they arent the evil people think they are. plus i dont drink, smoke, even stay up late. i eat healthy.. and even if/when my hdl levels get f-ed up on cycle, im still healthier than anyone i know! so on another side note,, i'll post a pic of my beautiful wife.. on another side note.. please nobody be crude. this isnt some girl, this is my spouse and so far,, everyone on every thread has been kind and inviting here

It all depends on the girl and how their family raised them. I've dated every color. And I've had a mix of complete bitches/amazing girls. Treat them well and you'll be treated well back. Its true about the green card but it is most common when you see a huge age difference between the husband and wife

thanks for kind words! yea i know i should post a better pic, just at the moment of that workout all i had was my android phone,, and somehow i always end up with one without a flash. its not super detailed but enough to show the start of a pretty decent horseshoe so i posted anyway

In lew or over indulging this holiday season, i will be starting my cutting season early. I received all my cutting information from the tutorials on this website.

step 2: 1790.42 x 1.2 = 2148.504 TDEE
step 3: choose a calorie deficit in the range of 300-500. I choose 500. making my daily allotment 1648.504 Calories
protein: 164.75g
carbs: 164.75g
fats: 36.3664g
workout day diet:
6:30am - wakeup
7am meal 1: p27.485 c54.916 f6.10556
10am meal 2: p27.485 f6.10556
1pm meal 3 : Preworkout nutrition - p27.485 c54.916 f6.10556
2pm: WORKOUT
3pm: PWO CARDIO
4pm: post workout nutrition : p27.485 c54.916 f6.10556
7pm: meal 5 : p27.485 f6.10556
10am : meal 6 : Bedtime meal : p27.485 f6.10556
i know the numbers seem kinda low. but i am a smaller frame guy. 5'6" 180 pounds. with very sedentary job :Computer Technician Cruising the internet:
