    Looking solid, were you at a lower bf % on June 11 or was that just better lighting? Back is thick, now work on the calves they look tiny compared to your v-taper. Keep up the good work!

    I took Most of Nov and all of Dec off and got back in starting Jan. Plan on doing the Europa Supershow IN Dallas Aug 17-18 so Ill peolly have some 12 week out pics in a few weeks. Think its about 24 weeks away right now

    I really dont know. Id bet in my natty pics like Sept I had like a 28. I know in June pics it was measuring a 29-30. It only gets extra small dep into cuts. Probably a 34 right now

    In the Sept pic it was 10 month into and end of a cut weighing 202-205 so real low bf.

    June pic was towards the end of a cut so a low bf at around 225

    And ive been working them calves hard. That Sept pic was only 10 months into training. So calves have improved a little bit since then

    That's good but honestly if I had a back like that I wouldn't even care about calf size they would just be icing on the cake ha. What goals are you trying to reach?

    As far as I can in the sport. Hopefully come August Ill have a little more size and be shredded and I can take Novice Overall at the Europa and hell who knows maybe win the open? Never know whos gonna show up at those NPC shows
