    Another BF% estimate on pics

    I was thinking somewhere between 20-22%. But thanks for the help.

    20-22 is about right IMO

    rough maintenance: (LBM x 15)

    213 x .78 = 166.14lbs LBM

    166.14 x 15 = 2492cals (rough maintenance)

    start at 2150cals 50/30/20 pro/carb/fat
