Mine grow easy, I hardly train them now. I used to do a lot of deadlifting in the past though. At 145, I deadlifted 455 lbs. for one rep. Now I could maybe hit 500 on a good day and I'm 60 lbs. heavier lol.

I wanna do another one soon, but I need to get back to 200 at least. Haven't been able to workout and eat as much because I got a new job and work a lot of hours. I'm about 190 currently.
