    Thanks fellas,

I follow a high volume back routine...working back on its own day. Here is an example of a typical back workout. I change it up every week. Variety is key.

    4 sets bent rows
    4 sets weighted pullups
    4 sets seated cable rows
    4 sets close grip pulldown
    3-4 sets heavy deadlifts

VERY nice lats, maybe it's the pic but i might hit traps just a little bit harder

my mistake if it is the pic but i think your lats are overpowering your traps a tiny bit

pretty much same back routine as me

    again, lookin great

withoutd0ubt - I agree, traps are my weak spot, I'm trying to bring them up.

dam225- what weights are you working with on back?

a good trap excersize you might want to try:
sit on an incline bench, at maximum incline, the opposite way and keep your chest pressed firmly against it and go with heavy dumbell shrugs, strict form

it isolates the traps a lot more because they are on the upper back, not the top of shoulders

I actually sometimes do that exercise, maybe I will do it a little more often....

    -bent row 245-315
-rack + extra weight on all the cable exercises
-weighted pullup with 1-2 45 plates added (I can proabbly do 30+ pullups without wieght)
-When I deadlift at the end of my workout I ususally do 15-20 reps with 315, then 6-8 with 405, then as many as I can get with 425. ( When I start with deadlifts I am a decent amount stronger)

Very nice lifts and your back is nice and wide. Inner lats are thick as hell too. Where you at in MD? Hit me on PM bro
