MY 2 Years and half Transformation " Never let anyone tell ,you cant do it" .
Whats up every one, i would like to share my hard dedicated 2 years and half every day in the gym transformation pics with you guys , looking forward to see your pro opinions .Tell me what i need to work on more , i think my arms are bit lagging i always get this feeling .
I started at 49 Kgs after 1 year i reached 75 then to 80 something then now at 91 kgs . I know i gained shit load of weight!, not good ofc not all muscle but i learned the hard way i guess? i was all about eating tons of calories good calories tho , i never relied on fast food or unhealthy calories "carbs" , 3 months ago i relaized that weight isnt every thing and i need to cut lool so im going in slowly right . im exicted to see how im gonna look like after im done cutting

Welcome BK! Great transformation. You've really put on some nice size! How the legs doing? Now what are your goals?

Thanks guys Kelkel , Stpete , MickeyKnox & Jimmyinkedup really appreciate it , well my next goal is to cut down see how low i can get and bulk again while kepping bf in check . MickeyKnox mate i cant wait! :P i already started into my cutting .

#1 Pull your pants up. Nothing to see since you arent showing your legs.... You can do that in shorts also.
What sort of cycle are you on?
How much weight have you gained?
Have you tested your body fat?
What sort of diet are you on?
You seemed to have gotten some bad acne from the cycle. What are you doing about that?
Are you planning on cutting anytime soon? It seems you are carrying quite a bit of water weight.

Looking close at your transformation to be honest it looks like it's mostly water weight and fat. Yeah I know you said you are cutting now but honestly I think it was a poor cycle due to results.
How old are you? There are many health risks that can go along with using aas especially when young and not done right. Have you done any blood work before, during or after cycle?
How old are the pictures? They can be that recent if what you say is true about the acne going away fairly quickly after cycle but yet 1 yr later you still have it pretty bad or your cycle was more recent? I'm Confused...
Looking at your pictures I would put you more at 20% bf honestly. you have some muscle under it but still a lot of fat.
Let us know how the cutting goes and try to fix the diet more because it's not right.

Sounds good but remember doing a dirty bulk then cutting is OLD school thinking and not healthy at all. Its hard on the heart as well as everything else. Its easy to do a clean bulk even if its not perfect.
