The very first pic is what I looked like the day I started going to the gym, the second pic is about a month later, and the third and fourth pic were taken last night...

I'm gonna list my 1rm from day 1- and now.

    Bench 120-230 +110ibs
    Squat 105-235 +130ibs
    dead 120-275 +155ibs

    Thoughts?

Also got my tattoo finished in that time

    Thanks

I'll be honest, about 35ibs was natural, but the last 5-7 ibs, I had a little bit of assistance. Although, I'm not sure where that weight went to because I took measurements of chest legs and arms and they didnt get any bigger... My avi pic was before the 5-7ibs

The whole time I have been going to the gym, I never felt like I was getting any bigger, but I knew I was getting stronger and When I weighed myself, I was never sure where the weight was at because I never thought I was that small until I found my day 1 pics and realized I was tiny....But yes, I train extremely hard and I dont half ass anything and I eat like a starving yeti. There for about 3 months, I was going to the gym 2x a day, 5x a week because I thought I was progressing slow..

40 pounds of what looks to be all LBM in 7.5 months is quite impressive and heartening to say the least.

I'm going to try to gain 30 pounds of LBM in 4 months here shortly but I'll be about as far from natural as humanly possible. Your great progress makes me feel like I've got a chance!

Thanks, I appreciate the comment. Like I said, I never felt like I was getting bigger till I saw my before and after and I am really pleased, I dont know if its all LBM, but I did get amazing beginner gains in the first few months, But I'm glad I could help add some motivation! Whats your cycle look like?
