5'5 152lb 8%~ before Test E and Tren A cycle
Been reading a lot lately just by chance about losing size coming off, just kind of put a downer on everything. It seems the general consensus is I will eventually lose everything in time when I come off.
How reasonable is it to be walking around at 5'5 170 10% bf after coming off everything? I'm currently leaning out a bit more for the next 4-5 weeks then im going to hop on test e 250mg with tren at 250mg a week. I would like to eat my ass off and get to 175 while on, and hopefully coming off at the end of pct with 160-165 and still be lean ~.
Or is 5'5 at 160-170lb lean a bit too much to hold onto naturally.

Thanks bro, We'll i used the electrical fat tester. I know its not accurate but i should be close to around there. I know ill lose some size when I come off, I just hope im not too close to my genetic potential. I think 5'5 152lb at my bf would put me in proportion to someone who is 5'10 at 190lb lean, which seems to be the limit for most naturally.

You've been doing work son...very impressive! Don't worry about how much weight you'll lose coming off cycle, just keep doing what you've been doing and work on recovering as quick as possible. Don't be scared to throw in some dirty carbs while in PCT as these dirty carbs will spike BG levels and produce insulin , and insulin has been shown to help speed up recovery as well. PCT is not the time to worry so much about bf as recovering endogenous test levels quickly while attempting to hold on to gains should be the focal point. You have a very symmetrical build...well done!

Yep, i carbed up in PCT, i ran a GHRH/GHRP combo and Im better now than peak cycle and my cycle ended in november. same identical weight too!!

100% YES!!! i have a log in the GH IGF section if you wanna check it out. Theres a few other guys who this worked for as well. Theres no way i would have kept nearly 100% of my gains with out it. There may be a lb or two lost but I look the same, I carbed up a tad during pct, the peps kept me lean through out, after I felt i was good, i started pulling the carbs back out to normal.
Now Im close to a new cycle still maintaining and starting to pull carbs again and leaning out a hair again. But the peps really helped no doubt.
