    Current pics 6 weeks in...

About me: 6'2, 38 year old male,Got back in gym after 9 month lay off due to bicep tendon repair. Have trained off & on for 20 years & cycled heavily from age 22 to about 32. Goals were to just get back in shape & sort of slow down the aging process here lol. Glad to report that body fat has dropped rapidly & strength has sky rocketed. Weight went from 265 to 245. Body fat from 30 to 20 range on scale.

All of this accomplished with a broken foot requiring surgery & resulting in wearing a walking boot.

Leg work consisted of non weight leg ext & isometric holds daily.

Diet was carb cycling, 3 days low-moderate, 1 high as follows:
    2900/3600 calories
    325/265 grams protein
    215/435 grams carb
    80 grams fat

    Current cycle is
eq 200 mg eod weeks 1-12
test enth 250 mg eod weeks 1-12
tren ace 100 eod weeks 1-6
mastersone 100 mg eod weeks 7-12
Anavar 60 mg ED weeks 7-12

    Arimidex .25 eod & caber .25 x 2 week while on tren
Pct hcg 1000 iu ED for 10 days

Notes: happy with results, relatively speaking as i have run into lots of issues with training. Broken foot & now keep tweaking muscles. Feel like tricep & left pec is on the verge of tearing. Had to stop lifting heavy & incorporate shorter rest periods, higher volume, super sets.

Was not able to do any cardio either.

And also was only able to do seated exercises & was forced to use more machines. Last night for example, did a shoulder workout of all seated lateral raises, front, side & rear & seated DB shrugs. Was unable to do any pushing movements due to popping in tricep.

Also sleep is horrible as i work 80+ hours per week

Also, I posted a question in the injury thread. Anyone that has had a major injury can attest to the horrible feeling of when it ruptured. I play that moment over & over in my mind & still cringe. That moment is always in the back of my mind with every rep or every set.

So with all of these pops & almost tears, I'm forced to change my whole philosophy on lifting.

Look great Tom. Nice to see good quad development. Sorry to hear of the injury! Consider adding in your HCG during your cycle at maybe 250 IU's x 2 per week and then use Clomid/Nolva for PCT. The HCG on cycle will keep your HPTA somewhat functioning thus making PCT easier.

    Nice work!

Thanks kelkel. You saved me from having to create a thread lol. I was doing some research on pct earlier today & was going to ask about hcg
