    Leg shot

    I know they aren't the biggest...But im workin on it. Started hittin em twice a week as of lately try and get em to catch up with the rest of me. Sucks having a job where you have to be on your feet all day walking around like a cripple

    Anyone have some good success stories about getting their legs to grow? Id like to hear it, I'm always up for tryin something new

    Legs are fine, have you tried changing up standard training, like 5x5 or 10x10, drop sets, giant sets. I love training legs even though I feel sick afterwards, lol

    Just started doing the 5x5 with squats at the start of one of the leg days. Got 275 for 5 last time so was pretty good with that. Well if you think they are in proportion then I cant complain to much! Im my own worst critique I suppose

    Most of the time we are, don't sweat it. 70% guys I see in gym just for some reason do 10 chest workouts to 1 leg workout. By the way try this on one leg day just do 10x10, no other work for leg cause you not going to want to anyway. Lol. It's grueling but you will see a difference.

    10x10 , I'm assuming with squats? Ill give that a go next leg session, thanks for the tip
