Thanks, man, I was guessing close to that, too, but you know how easy it is to be overly optimistic when evaluating yourself.

Regardless of what the actual number is, I think I made quite a change in a short period of time from the top of page 1 to the bottom, and I owe it to this board and the advice I received on the diet and nutrition thread I started.
