Thanks for the help
So I was way outta shape couldn't loose weight watching calories. When I worked out I was sore like I was 50 so I was going to get on gear and got online to see what to do. Everything I read was get your diet right first so I did that I'm 6'2.5" my max was 275 now 225 I work out maybe 6x a month. Busy with baby business and wife I've learned how my body works and how I feel when I eat right. This winter when work slows I'm hitting weights every day and doing 6week bulk then 6week cut

Great work. Get in that gym buddy!! Get in there early in the morning before work and the family will never know the difference
