Back looks thick, especially the traps. Chest has good potential, really nice chest valley. I'd say between 13-16% Looking good. What are your goals?? REDROCK

my goal is to get to about 185-190 lbs solid at about 7% bf. I cant get too big as of now becuz of football and dont want to risk losing speed. This summer i am trying to cut down to under 10% so after football i can begin my first cycle.

also as u can see in the pic, all my fat seems to stick right in my core area. so hopefully a good diet, xenadrine and maybe clen , and some eq and winny will do the trick for me!
