Dropped crossfit about 2 months ago. Doing solely lifting and light cardio now.

Thanks. Yes xfitters are very lean. But the shoulders were my issue also. If it wasn't so dam expensive I would do it once a week but the cost is redic. And the whole class (cult) workout gets annoying. I like getting lost at the gym with headphones on and being by myself anymore.
