    Body fat %

    Hello guys.Can you help me estimate my body fat?

    Weight: 82 kg (181 lb)

    Height: 1.70 m (almost 5'7)

    I would say 16-17 % you have a solid base to work with

    Thanks Bio..Im waiting for another year of training,so i can start juicing.I took your advices on that,cuz i have only 9 months of training,and i want to go to 10-12% bf before i start juicing.

    brother you can get there easy. With the proper nutrition you can drop 1-2 % bf ew

    I started lifting on May 15th last year,i was 94 kg(207 lb) and probably 35-40% bf.Since then i lost a lot bf,but now is going very slowly.I even took albuterol for 10 days,but didnt work a thing.I am having trouble shredding fat now.

    take a hard look at your nutrition. Post up your nutrition plan in the nutrition section for those guys to review. They will gave you shredded in no time. Great job on your accomplishment you should be very proud of yourself. It's easy to eat garbage and gain weight but to cut your bf that much that requires a lot of dedication

    Thanks a lot Bio.Also wanna thank you,Clarky,Buster Brown,Nach and others for stopping me having a cycle so early without a proper knowledge.
