Mental, Great job bro!
Symantech, bro you gave the guy 1 minute to follow up on his post! that f'n hillarious! You should have said something like..."what the F* man! Stop F*N around here I've been waiting for like 60 seconds for your second post! Comeon! I don't have all day!" j/k

Kudos bro!
Maybe you can give us a quick run-down of your diet, training, and supplements (cycle included, if any).
I'm sure you worked your ass to shave 5% off of your bf. Impressive.

hell ya! thx for the props bros
In the start I was cutting hard but losing quite a bit of muscle too. So I slowed things down a bit and just reduced my calorie intake by 1 meal a day. Instead of having a big ass good dinner like I was used to, It turned out to be a fist full of multi vitamins and a protien shake. No carbs after 6:00pm I followed religiously. No cardio other then work in the gym.
None the less, Im happy with this 9% right now so Im gunna start bulking back up to perportionmyself out a bit. Good times, good times

I agree...You don't need cardio to get to 9% from 15% if you're diet is in check and you're lifting hard. Great job!

looking solid, congrats on the progress.
BTW: how tall are you

Damn, I just did the math.
If you were 213 and 15%BF that meant your LBM was 181.05LB's
and now you are 210 and 9%BF your LBM is 191.1LB's
You decreased 13.05 pounds of fat
and gained about 10 LB's of muscle
I dont know if my math was 100% there, but i took a stab at it.
Good job!

More pics in 4 weeks at the end of the cycle...
Gunna slam the gym hard and keep diet in check so I got something worth showing ya'll
Plan is put on another 5 solid pounds, keep bloat and water retention down and drop about 1-1.5% BF..Last edited by Mentalism; 07-14-2003 at 02:31 PM.
