WhackTheBid update
People have been asking me about my progress so here is an update pic. I started in Sept 2002 at 25% BF. I still have a ways to go but am getting there.

Thanks everyone
Here are a few stats 38 years old, start weight about 225 or so, 25% BF at the start, 38 waist pants, shirts used to be 16 1/2 neck or so and I just threw away 1500 bucks worth of custom shirts the other day because they dont fit anymore. Im now about 205 lbs, 12% BF, 34 pants and who knows aobut the shirts. lol
I feel great and am proud of my progress so far however Im my biggest critic and when I look in the mirror I still see areas I need to work on before I see how well Ive done. Im going to continue to plug away and think I should be where I want to be 8-10% BF by fall.

Whackthebid-I've seen your transformation pics before on this board and others...you've obviously worked hard and focused on your diet and exercise as top priority. Alot of overweight people complain and agonize over their problem....then there's people like you who decide to transform their bodies and get it done. Anyone can do this, but it takes determination and discipline that most don't have. Congratulations for getting in such awesome shape bro....I know you feel and look great now!

Juggernaut
There was no real trick or anything. Im a regular guy who has a regular guy approach to fitness. Im not going to be a pro BB anytime in the near future lol I just want to look good and feel healthy.
I Hit the gym 5 days a week monday- friday at lunch for an hour. I try to do cardio at home when I can for 30-45 min in the AM with an empty stomach- its usually 3-4 times a week average and I eat clean 80% of the time.

Damn bro, I've seen your previous pics and was impressed with those, but found myself thinking, "Will he stick with it?" You definitely have!
Seeing your transformation inspires me...especially on days like today when I really_wanted_to_sleep_in.
